28 Austin is a pet-friendly community! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household and pet rent is $75 per dog per month and $50 per cat per month. We do not have weight restrictions. Exotic animals such as birds and fish are allowed. Pet policy fees only apply to cats and dogs. Fish are excluded from the pet maximum. Prohibited breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Dobermans, Akitas, Wolf Hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, and Alaskan Malamutes. Current vaccination and rabies records, including breed information, must be provided prior to move-in.
